Flex Bundles is a Shopify bundle app for brands at scale where bundles are core to the business. It is built on Shopify's own native functionality at every layer, from the storefront through checkout and fulfillment, making it flexible without being fragile.
Why I built it
For years, clients of my Shopify agency, Handstand, asked me how to set up bundles on Shopify. I'd lay out the options, each one with some kind of compromise. You have to use this layout, you can't discount that way, you can't change the data on the line items.
That's why a few years ago I started building Flex Bundles, so merchants could have the bundle experience they actually wanted. It went live for agency clients in November 2024 and opened to the public on the Shopify App Store in May 2025. Today, merchants sell millions in bundles every month through custom experiences powered by Flex Bundles.

Robbie Sherrard is the founder of Flex Bundles and Handstand. For years Handstand has built custom storefronts and integrations for brands like Toys “R” Us, BMW, Marie Kondo, Our Place, Wild One, W&P, Yamazaki, and Nestig.
